I already made a little video of my visit to MyUtopia but I really felt like I could not bring across all that I had to say about this amazing place. So, after a lot of back and forth in my head – I had looooooots of deadlines in the past couple of weeks – I decided to at least make a short blog post.
To summarize my visit only one thing can be said – MyUtopia is amazing!
They are located at the waterfront and their concept is to give their everything to you as a client. This starts with their motto: Just rock up!
Just you, nothing else is needed. You will be provided with a clean matt, towels, water and other equipment. It kind of blew my mind. The rooms are extravagant and beautiful, and the classes are challenging but great. If you choose hot yoga – like I did – you will be spoiled with beautiful clean showers that include shampoo and shower gel, which is a life saver after this session! After your shower you can wrap up in fluffy white towels and blow dry your hair. Don’t feel like blowing your own hair – no worries – they will give you the opportunity to get the job done by professionals.
You still feel stressed after class or are not able to reach your diet goals? MyUtopia has an answer here too. You can make use of their in-house registered dietician & nutrition consultant or make an appointment with their chiropractor or shiatsu therapist.
Hungry after a session? Sit down and grab a bite. The food is delicious and healthy.
Forgot your work out cloth? Buy some of theirs. It looks great!
Considering what they have to offer and where they are located I also found their prices quite reasonable. Lastly, they have an awesome special running because of Christmas:
Give the gift of wellness this Christmas with a 10 Class Voucher booklet (valued at R1950) for only R1500. Because we recognise how generous you are you will then qualify for 50% off your package.
*Offer ends 31/12/2017 (book at email@example.com)
How awesome is that? So, definitely check them out and if only for one class (R 195 per class). That is all it needs anyway. 😉
