New Year’s Eve at the Barnyard Theatre (R350)

Billed as the ultimate beach party, Surf’s Up draws on the biggest, sunshine-y hits from both decades passed and the true-blue present to put on an entertaining, unforgettable show. Known as the triple-deck master for his three-turntable approach, Cox set the tone in Cape Town clubs and beyond during the 80s and 90s with his iconic mixes, remixes and party tunes. While he’s the headline act for the NYE party, revellers can expect to see a slew of awesome beat-droppers and artists at this premier event.
